Wishing You the Joy of Christmas!

It’s almost Christmas Eve and time to sit back, relax and embrace the joy of the season. I have always loved this time of the year and have many happy memories from over the years. Although there are those we will miss this year, we also take comfort in their memory. I wish all my wonderful followers a joyous time, no matter how you celebrate the season.
One of the many things I love about living in Spain is that you can take a drive into the country and come upon a Nativity on the side of a mountain. I will leave you with these pictures of our discovery.

Merry Christmas! I didn’t know you lived in Spain. For some reason, I thought you lived in Canada. Hum… not sure why. Thank you for sharing this most AMAZING manger scene. Absolutely beautiful. Have a wonderful Christmas from very COLD below zero temps in Chicago. Brrrr!

Thanks for your comment. I am Canadian and spend time there but we have a house in Spain and live here for the most part. I know, it is confusing. I never do anything straightforward! Have a wonderful Christmas and keep warm. xo

Oh, I completely understand. I’m Italian background. My mother born/raised in Florence. My parents bought a house there many years ago and would spend 6 months with my grandmother and 6 months in the America. It was perfect and made my Italian grandmother happy, because she had no desire to come to America. My mother was happy, because she spent time with her cousins/aunts/uncle’s, etc. So, ENJOY Spain! 🙂

It was indeed a wonder to come across. Christmas here in Spain is more religious and less commercial. And it includes walks on the beach and sunshine! So yes, we had great Christmas. I hope yours was wonderful as well, Priscilla.
