This is a great idea. There are several books I’ve read to the kids over the years that I also enjoyed. I’ll try to squeeze a review in of my favourite.

There are so many great kids’ books. Many popular with the more mature kids like me.

They certainly can be, but sometimes you have to figure out what makes them mean.
