Nice!

Thanks, Jennie. Kids tell it like it is.

You’re welcome, Darlene. They do!

That must have made your day, Darlene – so wonderful!

It really did make my day!! Also motivated me to write some more.

It was lovely sharing this very special review of Amanda in Spain, Darlene. So glad to have you on The Write Stuff! And you are welcome any time! 🙂 ❤

Thanks for having me on your blog!

I really enjoyed this story, even though I am well above the age group it is aimed at and now that these books are available in Waterstones in England, I intend to buy a copy of Amanda in New Mexico too. Now, will I keep it or give it away as a gift? 😉

I am always pleased to hear that adults enjoy my books as well. We are all kids at heart. I do hope you enjoy Amanda in New Mexico. after all, you gave me the idea of La Catrina. I would love to hear what you think of how I included her. Thanks!!

I have been waiting until we returned to England to buy actual copy rather than a download on my Kindle. There is a store in nearby Chichester and I intend to go there soon. Will take photo to show you. 😉

they may have to order it but it is in their system. xo

How sweet, Darlene. And such an articulate young reader!

This is what happens when children read a lot. They have a good command of the English language. She is also from the UK.

Such a sweet review from a young fan!

It is precious and made me feel very good.

great review! she did good! Now I want to buy a copy! Hehee

Thanks! If you do buy a copy and hope you enjoy it!! Not just kids read my books.

What a wonderful review. I like the fact that she read it all in one go. It’s great when you don’t want to put a book down and just keep on going till the end, it’s a most satisfying experience.

Thanks, Lorna. I liked that too. I no longer am able to read a book from start to finish in one reading, but I did when I was younger.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…we have a young writer in the making!! A great review for a great writer!!

Awe! Thanks so much. Having the ability to articulate well via writing is a skill that will take her far in life. I’m sure it is the result if being an avid reader.

The very highest praise when a children’s author gets such a glowing and eloquent review from an 8 year old!

It is the best! Thanks, Sue.

What a lovely review! Makes it all worthwhile, doesn’t it?

It certainly does. Thanks, Debra.

It doesn’t get much more authentic, does it? Congrats on a wonderful review, Darlene!
