Well, we DO use one of those old-fashioned coffee-makers to boil the water for our tea… 😀

It’s actually pretty new. My parents like a lot of “old-fashioned” stuff. My dad likes perked coffee better than the machine kind! 🙂

The Billy Connolly quote made me smile because I don’t know any men who wouldn’t try it on! I use a teapot that belonged to my mum. It’s covered in spring flowers (dahlias, violets and daisies) and is really pretty.

I love all the different teapots. Tea just tastes better made in a teapot somehow. The cowboy teapot made me think of the Bar U Ranch.

I drink more coffee than tea but have always loved teapot designs. One generally cheers up when there’s a pot of tea nearby. (How come there aren’t ‘prettier’ coffee pots around, huh?)

My husband is English and believes that tea fixes everything! We never go a day without a pot of tea. You are so right, there should be more lovely coffee pots!
